- Hall-effect joysticks resist stick drift over time
- Works wirelessly over Bluetooth with Switch, Windows, macOS, Android, and Steam Deck
- Back triggers and extra face/shoulder buttons for added control without leaving the thumbsticks
- Programmable via 8BitDo Ultimate Software, including macros and button remapping
- Rated 4.7 stars across 108 reviews, with praise for comfort and battery life
This is a well-reviewed wireless controller with hall-effect sticks, a feature usually reserved for pricier pads, and broad compatibility across Switch, PC, Steam Deck, and Android. At $37.99 it undercuts most pro-tier controllers, though a few reviewers flag the button layout as something to check before buying if you're coming from a standard Xbox or PlayStation pad.
