A hybrid trainer built for both lifting and short runs, with a stable rubber outsole and supportive midsole rods — useful if you split time between the squat rack and the treadmill. Sold and shipped directly by Amazon, so returns are straightforward if the fit (reviewers flag sizing issues) isn't right.
