- 8 cores, 16 threads on AMD's Zen 3 architecture
- 4.6 GHz max boost, unlocked for overclocking, 36MB cache
- Socket AM4, supports PCIe 4.0 on X570/B550 boards, DDR4-3200
- Cooler not included — budget for a separate one
- Deal is exclusive to Amazon Prime members
This is a solid 8-core gaming chip at a price that undercuts its usual range, but it ships from and is sold by a third-party seller (Assiduus Global Inc), not Amazon itself, so factor that into return expectations. It needs its own cooler and a compatible AM4 board, and the deal only applies if you're a Prime member.
