- 242 pieces covering both SAE and metric sizes in one set
- Stackable VERSASTACK hard case for storage and transport
- Rated 4.8 stars from 585 reviews
- Lowe's price match guarantee and free returns apply
This is a solid everyday mechanics set at a real discount, not a manufacturer's inflated MSRP cut down — $229 is the price Lowe's actually charges without the sale. The VERSASTACK case stacks with other Craftsman storage if you're building out a bigger system. Deal runs through early January, so there's no rush, but $99 for 242 pieces is a fair stopping point.
