Rated to withstand 800 lbs of force, aluminum construction with chrome finish
Fits inward-swinging doors only — check your door before buying
Installs in under 5 minutes with a power screwdriver and included screws
Child- and pet-proof spring design, opens easily from inside in an emergency
Backed by EverPlus's 5-year warranty

This is a straightforward add-on security latch, not a deadbolt replacement, and it only works on doors that swing inward. Sold by EVERPLUS LLC and shipped by Amazon, it's a Prime-member price to begin with, and the checkout code shaves it down further to $6.50 — worth grabbing if your door qualifies.
