- Versatile cross-training shoe built for both lifting and dynamic movement
- Nike Free sole technology gives a flexible, barefoot-like feel up front
- Enhanced midfoot containment for added lockdown during lateral moves
- Stable heel for strength work paired with a flexible forefoot
- Runs small — Nike recommends ordering a half size up
A 40% markdown on Nike's go-to training shoe, built to handle everything from squats to burpees without swapping shoes. The flexible forefoot and firmer heel combo is the main selling point for gym-goers who split time between lifting and cardio. Note the fit warning: it runs small, so size up a half size to avoid a return.
