- 50x50mm steel frame rated to hold 1200 lbs, 150 lbs unit weight
- Upper and lower pulley system with 500 lb-rated PU-coated cable for lat pulldowns and cable rows
- 14 adjustable height levels; supports squats, bench press, dips, pull-ups and landmine work
- Includes J-hooks, safety bars, dip stands, tricep rope, ankle strap and plate storage pegs
- Ships in two separate boxes; 2-3 people recommended for assembly
This is a solid all-in-one home gym rack for the price, with a real pulley system rather than just a bare squat cage. It ships from and is sold by Sportsroyals directly, not Amazon, and arrives in two boxes that may land on different days, so plan assembly time accordingly and expect a couple of hours with a second pair of hands.
