By Plumzoo · Posted . Price confirmed at Amazon on October 27.
- 4K Ultra-HD resolution with 326° pan / 53° tilt for up to 360° horizontal coverage
- Solar panel plus 10,000mAh battery keeps it running wire-free with just 45 minutes of daily sun
- AI person/vehicle detection with automatic 360° motion tracking
- Subscription-free local recording to a microSD card (not included), or optional Tapo Care cloud plan
- IP65 weatherproof, rated for -4°F to 113°F operation
Sold and shipped directly by Amazon, this is a legitimate 37% cut off Tapo's own list price, not an inflated MSRP. It needs its own microSD card for local storage since none is included, and the $50 instant discount shown on the page only applies if you're approved for the Amazon Visa card — don't expect that price without it.
