This is Macy's stated lowest price of the season on Tzumi's warming mug, and at $19.99 it's a reasonable stocking-stuffer price for a self-heating cup. Reviews are mixed, though: several buyers say the mug holds closer to 8-10 oz. than the advertised 12, and some report the mug or charging base stopping working after light use. Worth it for the price, but don't expect long-term durability.
