This is a basic, no-frills liquid hand soap refill at a genuinely low per-ounce cost, useful for topping off pump dispensers at home. The catch is that the $2.82 price is locked to Prime membership — non-members pay the $2.97 regular price instead. Reviews are mixed on lather and moisturizing, so don't expect a luxury feel, just a cheap, functional soap.
