- Plugs into any standard USB 2.0 port for instant Wi-Fi on a desktop or laptop
- Dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz with up to 1.17 Gbps (Wi-Fi 5 / 802.11ac)
- USB Nano form factor is small enough to leave plugged in permanently
- Reviewers note easy setup and reliable speeds, though some report it runs warm
At $7.99 this is a cheap fix for an old PC or laptop with a dead or missing Wi-Fi card. It's Wi-Fi 5, not 6, so don't expect cutting-edge speeds, but 5,000+ reviews average 4.5 stars praising ease of use and performance. A few mention it can run hot during extended use — nothing that seems to affect reliability.
