Best Buy has GIGABYTE Radeon RX 9070 XT GAMING OC 16G, Open Box Excellent on sale for $692.99, $122 off the $814.99 new price. Includes all parts and accessories; packaging may vary or be absent.

- RDNA 4 architecture, 16GB GDDR6 memory, PCI Express 5.0 interface
- 2x HDMI 2.1 and 2x DisplayPort 2.1 outputs, supports up to 8K/4320p on 4 displays
- Dual BIOS with Performance and Silent modes, RGB lighting via GIGABYTE Control Center
- Open Box - Excellent grade: works and looks like new, all parts and accessories included
- Same Best Buy return/exchange policy applies to open-box units as new ones
This is a graded open-box unit, not new-in-box, so expect no retail packaging and a used (but excellent-condition) card rather than a sealed one. It's a strong RDNA 4 card with 16GB of VRAM for 1440p/4K gaming, and reviewers flag coil whine as the main complaint. At $692.99 versus $814.99 new, it's a reasonable discount if you're fine buying open-box from Best Buy directly.
