- Hydraulic resistance adjusts from 22 to 440 lbs across 2-20 levels via a turn knob
- Double-layer carbon steel frame with a sealed hydraulic cylinder for steady resistance
- Reinforced housing around the cylinder guards against oil leaks and pinch injuries
- Folds flat with a snap-lock handle for easy storage or travel
- Suits beginners through experienced lifters working arms, chest and shoulders at home
This hydraulic twister is a cheap way to add resistance training for arms, chest and shoulders without a full gym setup, and the code gets it well below its usual $35.99 tag. It ships from Amazon but is sold by MERACH Direct, and reviewers flag that screws can loosen over time, so it's worth giving it an occasional check.
