Works lat pulldowns, rows, curls, and ab crunches with included bar attachments
Fits both 1-inch and 2-inch weight plates, so existing plates work
Footprint under 8 square feet, suited to tight home gyms
Steel frame rated to hold up to 540 lbs
Three seat height positions for different body sizes

At $165.99 this is a solid budget pick for a home gym missing a lat station — reviewers note smooth cable action and decent build quality for the price, though a few mention the assembly instructions skip steps. It ships from and is sold by Mikolo Fitness rather than Walmart itself, and comes with Walmart's extended holiday return window through Jan 31.
