Tool-free tilt (+5°/-15°) and swivel (+/-50°), with ±3° post-install leveling
Mounts to 8"/12"/16" wood studs, concrete, or brick — not rated for drywall alone

UL-listed and tested to 60,000 motion cycles at 4x the rated load

This is a solidly built full-motion mount for TVs up to 90" and 132 lbs, with the swivel range and cable management that make it worth considering over cheaper no-name brackets. It ships from and is sold by a third-party seller (Bestergo Direct) rather than Amazon itself, and the $33 price only works with the checkout code — skip the code and you're paying full price.
