- Weighs just 1.3 ounces and collapses to fit in a pocket when empty
- 2-liter (70 oz) capacity with a screw top and stable base that stands upright when filled
- BPA-, BPS- and phthalate-free food-grade polyethylene lining that won't retain flavors
- Compatible with Platypus caps, drink tubes, and the GravityWorks filtration system
- Sold and shipped by Amazon.com, with free 30-day returns
This is a longtime backpacking staple: light enough to disappear in a pack and tough enough that reviewers report it surviving weeks of rough use. At $12.99 it's a reasonable buy for hikers who want backup water capacity without the bulk of a hard bottle, though a few reviewers note the cap threads can be finicky over time.
