Code-$4.98

Five bands in different colors represent five resistance levels, from beginner to advanced
Natural latex rubber construction, each band 12"×2"
Comes with a portable carrying bag and instruction guide
Works for legs, arms, back, shoulders, and core across yoga, Pilates, and strength routines

At $5 after the code this is a cheap way to try a full set of resistance levels without committing to a home gym. It's sold by a third-party seller (QDworld store) rather than Amazon itself, though it ships via Amazon with the standard 30-day return window, so treat it as a budget accessory rather than a long-term investment piece.
